I'm Kim Neuens, the Owner of Kim Neuens Design and Interiors.  I graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a degree in Classical Architecture and went on to work for a Civil Engineer, then a Residential Development and Construction Company.  As Project Manager, I designed home interiors and organized construction crews, among a multitude of additional responsibilities; I was lead Realtor for our developments.

In May of 2016, I opened my first retail location in charming Downtown Douglas, Michigan.  Specializing in home design and interior styling, I’m happy to help you achieve your own signature look.  I offer a line of painted furnishings, custom wreaths & florals, and an array of unique gifts.  Stay tuned, because there is a lot more to come!

As some of you may know, I am a single mother (widow) living in the charming, seasonal town of Douglas, Michigan; I lost my husband to cancer in the Fall of 2015, just after my son was born.  When we lost him, we were left with nothing but the love and support of an amazing family and our community, so I took a chance and opened a store in my hometown!

These are my children, Abigail and Paul.  When you #shopdouglas, you're allowing me to be able to support my family and live in a small town.  You're sustaining our home and our lifestyle.
